"We were on such a tight budget that we originally thought we would provide the food for our wedding reception ourselves and have a few friends prepare it. But then we woke up and realized that with as large a guest list as we had, that would not be practical or really even possible. So I began looking for caterers, but everyone I spoke to quoted us astronomical prices and beyond that, did not seem to be truly listening to us. But with Tracy, everything was different! She was so sweet and professional, and the menu was already exactly what we had envisioned. Throughout the planning process, every time I had some question or another that was making me crazy, I only needed to email Tracy and she would respond right away and make me feel completely relieved. The couple of weeks leading up to the wedding were so hectic that I did not have a chance to get diagrams and such to Tracy until the day before the wedding, but she and her staff did a wonderful job."

"I knew from the moment I started working with Tracy that she had the experience and wisdom I needed to help make some great recommendations and eventually trust her with all the little details of our important event. We did a 160th party which included birthday celebrations for 3 people (40th, 50th, and 70th). We have over 70 guests and about 15 children so the range of ages was significant. Yet the details, the food choices, everything seemed to appeal to everyone. The feedback from our guests was all raves. Even though it was a birthday celebration, it came off like a wedding in terms of the quality and execution of service. I can't wait to use you again!!! Thanks Tracy and Sammy for an awesome event!! It was WAY better than my wedding, which took over a year to put together and cost significantly more. I even had a friend (who is getting married next weekend) come up to me and tell me she should have used you guys to do her wedding because our event was going to be nicer then hers! "Custom Events Catering was used to cater our school auction fundraiser held by the parent faculty club. Custom Events Catering, particularly Tracy, went above and beyond the call of duty. The customer service, from the very first call, was responsive, informative, patient, and understanding; this in comparison to approximately 20 other caterers that were called on the same day and taking into consideration that the first contact with them was right around the holiday season. Tracy worked with the parent faculty club's tight budget and presented a menu fit for royalty! Tracy also donated an item for the fundraiser which amounted to quite a pretty sum for the school! The crew provided excellent service; they were very warm and enthusiastic while maintaining their professionalism and efficiency. Sammy was incredibly meticulous in setting up the buffet area and keeping it in order. The crew helped with the clean up and they left the kitchen completely spotless. The auction committee, parents, and faculty were greatly impressed with the food and service. Thanks to the help of Custom Events Catering (namely, Tracy, Sammy, Steve, Frank and Joey) the auction fundraiser was a success. The parent teacher club will be in contact with Tracy in the fall to discuss next year's auction fundraiser. Speaking for myself and on the behalf of the parent faculty club, I would definitely use and recommend Custom Events Catering for future functions!"
